East West Connect provide a wide range of services focusing on Mechanical, Electrical and Fire & Security planned and reactive maintenance for Peabody Trust.
All works are delivered by NIC EIC, Gas Safe and BAFE accredited engineers, specialists and operatives.
We are scheduled to deliver over 12,500 planned preventative maintenance jobs on behalf of Peabody this year.
We provide a wide range of services primarily focused on fire safety, electrical maintenance, and security system maintenance services to Peabody Housing Trust, a major social housing trust.
We deliver full design, installation, maintenance, and commissioning across over 2,000 blocks, including £2.5M+ annually in capital works.
Our team is fully accredited by BAFE and IFC, and we’re approved installers of high-integrity systems such as GENT, SE Controls, and SCS (Easi-vent).
We also work in partnership with fire engineering specialists like COLT.
Our performance in this area is industry-leading, with 100% KPI compliance in fire safety across the framework.
We manage the full lifecycle of design, installation, maintenance, and commissioning of security systems across Peabody’s vast number of properties.
This includes CCTV, access control, door entry, warden call, and intruder alarms. We are accredited to the NSI NACOSS GOLD Standard, are approved installers of cloud-based access and CCTV platforms and are proud to be an award-winning CAME Installer.
This long-standing contract, extending over 20 years demonstrates our continued commitment and expertise in the sector.
