We ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients and staff for the North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT).

As a trusted provider, our expertise extends to servicing and maintaining various mechanical plant systems, including boilers and heating systems, air conditioning, and ventilation plant.

Additionally, we have collaborated with the NELFT to develop plant lifecycle replacement plans and successfully completed a plant upgrade and replacement project at each of the ten health centres covered by the contract.

We provide comprehensive maintenance and servicing for critical mechanical plant systems, including boilers and heating systems, air conditioning, and ventilation plant. Regular SFG20 compliant inspections, repairs, and cleaning of these systems ensure their optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Our focus on energy-efficient equipment and plant lifecycle replacement plans aligns with the NELFT’s sustainability goals. We contribute to their reductions in energy consumption and by promoting responsible equipment replacement.
