Our working capabilities
Our in-house construction team supports all of our departments by undertaking the builderswork requirements for all of their works. By keeping these tasks within our team we are able to offer lower costs and improved co-ordination to our clients. Our services first approach to construction allows us to better design schemes and layouts for future maintenance and operability.
Our building fabric teams also provide a single source solution to our clients’ estate requirements, with specialist departments who take of their installation needs, building modifications and alterations, joinery repairs and installation, decorating, roofing, and drainage. Our combined approach ensures greater efficiency in time on site, cost and effort across all joint construction projects.

We have worked on a variety of projects of all sizes and disciplines, and we develop our processes via the knowledge that we gain.
Our innovative and practical methodology for the management of all of our projects is a key cornerstone of their continued success. Our case studies show how we can provide a crucial difference within the management of a project to ensure their timely and efficient completion.

We take pride in our active role within our local community and one of our core business values is to leave a positive impact on the lives of those who live within all of the areas that we work. Alongside helping those outside of our business we continually develop, nurture, and provide opportunities for our staff, and help them achieve both their professional, and personal goals.
We have a continuous apprenticeship scheme across all sectors of our business to help bring through the next generation of local, hard working talent, this is strengthened by our ties with Langley College, from whom we employ a school leaver as an apprentice on an annual basis; and with the University of Greenwich, where we employ a graduate as a trainee engineer, also on an annual basis.
As a company we encourage charitable donations whenever possible, and we have sponsored our staff on numerous marathons, sponsored walks, and other fundraising events across the UK. We were honoured to be a part of the DIY:SOS Grenfell Boxing Club build project. We currently proudly sponsor both the Harwell & Hendred U8s football team and the Docklands JFC U10s by providing kits, training materials, and coaching by our members of staff. Alongside this, we have also recently begun sponsoring a UK based jet ski racing team.
We are also “Star Supporters” of the Dennis Wise and Steve Frankham Charitable Trust, which provides new minibuses to underprivileged and disabled children’s schools across the UK. We have worked with SPLASH in Poplar to help vulnerable persons find safe housing and the Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, helping provide terminally ill children to have a better quality of life. We also sponsor the House of St Barnabas, helping them to take homeless people off the street, provide them with training, and support them in their journey out of homelessness.
