At East West Connect our multi-disciplined engineering capabilities allow us to undertake works of all disciplines. We have 30 years of successful works and a wealth of experience within a variety of markets, constructions methods, and building types. Using our in depth knowledge and advanced management systems we specialise at working in live and sensitive environments, and major services infrastructure upgrades.
Our team take pride in their friendly approach to working with our clients and fellow contractors. We offer a full range of apprenticeship and graduate training schemes, including a post graduate training scheme alongside the University of Greenwich to develop our staff and to help them achieve their career goals.

Our working areas
East West Connect carry out some of the most complex upgrades to all manners of key plant and systems. These include routine chiller/boiler and air handling plant upgrades, to HV/LV, UPS, generator and complete rewires in a variety of complex buildings including theatres, critical operating centres, to office blocks.
Cat A & B Fit Out
We work with our clients to ensure that their office spaces are comfortable, easy to maintain, and future proofed. Our skilled engineers have created modern working spaces in both traditional arrangements, and with open services driven designs. We have experience in both the design and installation of adaptive modular office layouts.
Live & Sensitive Environments
We have upgraded some of the most prestigious live buildings including The Langham and Lancaster Hotels, Royal National Theatre, Bromley and Wigmore Theatres, hospitals, and major office buildings. We specialise in systems refurbishment with zero disruption via our approach to understanding key stakeholders and their requirements.
High End Residential
Our teams have helped refurbish abandoned office spaces into some of the finest homes and residential buildings in London. Through our in house design and co-ordination capabilities, we are able to create the aesthetically based solutions to services installations that are required in the luxury residential market.
Building Services Maintenance
We maintain services in some of the most prestigious properties in London and the South-East. Our maintenance team has 24/7/365 call out capability and a fully internally staff call centre. We work closely with our clients to design the ideal bespoke maintenance package to meet their needs and requirements.
Extra Low Voltage
Our Extra Low Voltage department specialise in reactive and planned maintenance of the systems required to keep your building secure, comfortable, and operational. Our ELV team are fully accredited on multiple fire, security, data, and AV systems, and they able to design and install bespoke systems to suit all needs.
We engineer our works from the earliest opportunity, by ensuring a feasible structured plan from the outset, we make sure that our projects progress smoothly, and on time and budget. We are proud of our management system that we have developed, and ensure its full use on all of our projects, no matter the size.
Our ISO accredited procedures ensure that deadlines and the project’s critical path are at the forefront of our planning, our ISO flowchart which documents all of our procedures, and the order in which they should be enacted draws a clear path from procurement to commissioning, allowing the creation of a detailed programme to be created as early as possible.
