Brixton House Theatre

Planned & Reactive Maintenance

We provide weekly planned visits and reactive maintenance services at Brixton House Theatre.

Our team have assisted the theatre, and fit-out main contractor Galliford Try, in a soft landings role.

We’ve used our experience and expertise in building services to ensure that the theatre have been able to move into their new theatre and start holding performances without the need to worry about their building services.

We perform SFG20 compliant checks on the zero-carbon environmental systems at the theatre. Our in-house maintenance engineers and operatives are trained to complete each maintenance action, negating the need for sub-contracting.

All MEPH systems serving the building are maintained by our team, and each appointment is managed using our CAFM system JobLogic, which assists with scheduling around the theatre’s busy opening hours and minimal downtime.

East West Connect have provided us a vital service in helping us to settle in to our new premises without any disruption.

Brixton House Theatre

The theatre is one of a number of maintenance collaborations that we have with Galliford Try.

Building strong relationships as part of a framework alliance is something that we specialise in, utilising our friendly, flexible, and non-contractual approach to working with all parties.
