90 Fetter Lane
Cat-A Fit-Out
We were part of the dramatic renovation at 90 Fetter Lane, converting the existing, neglected 1950s office space and ground floor bar into a prominent modern multi-purpose workplace.
At 90 Fetter Lane, we converted the existing space into a prominent modern multi-purpose workplace.
We were engaged from very early within the programme to assist with the 3D services design and co-ordination as the semi-transparent ceiling tiles provided a stunning effect with the aesthetically pleasing services installation above.

Having been stripped back to its core, we were able to find multiple space saving initiatives within our design which helped to increase the overall lettable space from 60,000ft2 to 72,000ft².
Our rising installations were co-ordinated to provide space within the services risers for future expansion and upgrade potential. Throughout each floor we ensured to allow space amongst our services installation for future Cat-B fit-out works.
East West Connect are one of the top performing members of our supply chain. We always turn to them when we need a high quality finish.
Knight Harwood
A modern, open plan office space in the heart of Clerkenwell with an adaptable layout and interfacing services.
The basement has a modern bicycle storage system for 130 bicycles, a bike maintenance station, staff changing facilities, and 13 shower cubicles. We used our knowledge and expertise to help the building achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
Our in-house plumbers co-ordinated the installation of the domestic services within the basement alongside the joinery contractors.

The office was shortlisted for a British Council for Offices award in the Recycled Workplace category.
Our innovative techniques in materials selection and reuse allowed the project to achieve top quality design and functionality whilst still meeting its environmental goals.
The project was completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget through our strong relationships with all parties throughout the works.

Our in-house maintenance department assisted with the design and co-ordination of the main plant installation.
We utilised our knowledge of services infrastructure upgrade works to design a scheme where access to all plant and maintainable items would be easy throughout the lifespan of the building.
