Helping Young People Prepare for the Future
A huge thanks to Theola from our HR team, who recently supported a CV writing session for Year 10 pupils at Fulham Cross Academy, in partnership with Construction Youth Trust.
The session helped students understand what makes a strong CV, how to present their skills and achievements and what employers look for when reviewing applications.
As the competition for jobs, apprenticeships and further education increases, ensuring young people have the skills and confidence to stand out has never been more important.
At East West Connect, we’re aiming to help however we can. We know first-hand how important understanding and nurturing employability skills are at an early age and believe in the real difference they make to ongoing opportunities.
