Sales and Marketing Suite
We were tasked with the creation of a marketing suite for the Chelsea Barracks development which set a benchmark for all future living spaces within the complex.
This prototype building was a compilation of different living spaces and rooms to give the illusion of a finished apartment. Providing a lead co-ordination role, we engaged specialist sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that the high end luxury finishes specified could be achieved with zero compromise.

Our project team designed the new services to suit the modern castellated beam modular construction method.
We worked closely with the design team to develop the design of the high end building management system, which was bespoke to each office and habitable space. Engaging our BMS specialists at an early stage, we fully involved them in the co-ordination and procurement of plant, ensuring compatibility throughout.
We are pleased with how the final installation turned out and a large part of that is due to the work of East West Connect’s project management team. Their development of the design and sourcing of materials was key, and we are happy with how they managed progress on site throughout the works.
Our staff used their knowledge to co-ordinate the control requirements behind the myriad of services powering the marketing suite.
Discrete LED lighting strips were installed throughout the building to provide a soft level of lighting, and high end electrical accessories used to create a luxurious aesthetic.
Driving the multiple bespoke lighting layouts and luminaires, we designed and installed a Lutron control system which also provided control over the electric window blinds installed throughout the building.
To control all of the various services within the marketing suite we designed a local contactor switching solution with timeclocks and controllers to maintain environmental comfort in all areas.
The ultra high end nature of the fixtures, fittings, and accessories that we installed meant that we used our depot within our West London head office as a secure and safe storage facility for all materials before they were delivered to site to be installed using a just-in-time process.

Since our initial project on the Chelsea Barracks site, we’ve also worked upon the Chapel fit-out and the creation of new apartments.
