Yesterday, we hosted a CPD workshop on Understanding the Building Safety Act, delivered by industry‑recognised subject matter expert Paul Nash, for colleagues across our delivery and leadership teams.
The session was a timely and insightful deep‑dive into the practical realities of the Building Safety Act, the role of dutyholders, competence, change control, and the importance of getting things right – not just at completion, but throughout the lifecycle of a building.
As an organisation operating across live, occupied buildings, we firmly believe that raising awareness, building understanding, and investing in continued professional development is essential to keeping residents safe and maintaining trust with our clients.
