Congratulations to Constantin Mihai, who has been awarded our March QSHE Award!
Passive Site Manager Constantin was nominated by his manager, Paul McDermott, for this month’s award, who stated, “Constantin genuinely represents EWC in the best possible way. I am very proud to have him as part of the Passive Fire department.’
Paul also added: “During my site inspection on Monday 23rd February, it was clear that Constantin’s leadership and communication are the reason the works are running to such a high standard. The installers on site had all of their paperwork, method statements, manufacturer information, waste procedures, and checklists ready and in place when asked.
They were confident answering questions, understood their duties, and showed clear evidence of being properly briefed by Constantin. My inspection on the day confirmed that the team’s organisation and quality on site were a direct reflection of Constantin’s briefings and input –  everything was in place, understood and being followed correctly with quality included.
A huge well done to Constantin from all of us at East West Connect – we are delighted to see hard work and dedication pay off.
