It starts with creating opportunities for young people to learn about the industry and the different careers available to them.
Alex and Theola from our HR team recently represented East West Connect at the Ealing Green College Job Fair, where they spoke with students and jobseekers, shared career advice and promoted some of our current vacancies.
It was a great opportunity to connect with local talent, answer questions and help students better understand the different routes into construction and engineering.
