High End Installation | Client: S&T Interiors

Royal

Lancaster Hotel

A renovation of the lobby and bars into “the most Instagrammable hotel in London”.

Elegant materials chosen to meet 5 star expectations.

We were tasked with the renovation and extension of the existing lobby of the Royal Lancaster Hotel whilst maintaining the existing services that fed the rest of the building. An initial phased changeover programme took place which allowed us to transfer existing services over to a temporary lobby space whilst preventing disruption to hotel operations.

Key co-ordination

We co-ordinated the design and installation of services, as well as liaison with joinery and architectural glazing contractors.

Lighting control

An intricate lighting control design meant that a significant number of services had to be co-ordinated within the ceiling.

Quality control

The high end requirements meant our benchmarking process for the installation was key to achieving the quality levels specified.

Direct liaison

We created short term logistical and changeover plans to ensure that our works did not affect hotel operations.

A well balanced project team covering all disciplines.

As the project involved both a sizeable design requirement as well as key client liaison roles, we staffed the project with a large team to ensure that all tasks could be completed without detriment to the project as a whole.
