A benchmark installation at the iconic Chelsea Barracks estate.
Luxury finishes and a high end specification, with zero compromise.
This prototype building was a compilation of different living spaces and rooms to give the illusion of a finished apartment. Providing a lead co-ordination role, we engaged specialist sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that the ultra high end aesthetic could be achieved whilst retaining full services functionality.
Quality control
This project saw the initial implementation of our app based auditing and reporting system to improved quality standards.
Services co-ordination
We used 3D scanning and modelling to create a truly detailed set of construction drawings, preventing any clashes on site.
Bespoke controls
Our in house extra low voltage specialists designed and installed a custom Lutron system to control the lights and blinds.
In time deliveries
We used our in house logistics teams, alongside our West London depot, to provide a just in time delivery process for the works.

The majority of installation works were completed by our in-house operatives. We used an strong project management team with overlapping knowledge and experience to make sure that all services were completed safely, on time, and to specification.
