A full refurbishment of a historic building within Covent Garden.
Modern technology combined with art deco design.
The works included the strip out and conversion of the existing office areas on the first floor and above into 16 luxury apartments each with their own unique feel and layout, whilst maintaining live uninterrupted services to the retail unit on the ground floor for the duration of the project.
Key interfacing
The fire alarm system interfaced with the audio visual system in each flat to ensure homeowner safety at all times.
Accelerated lead in
We commenced works immediately following our order being placed to install the rainwater and soil vent pipework.
Energy metering
All apartments had metering on their heating, electrical, and air conditioning systems which fed back to a main landlord’s billing system.
Acoustic control
We designed and installed acoustic screens and baffles to prevent any plant noise from leaking into the local environment.
As oasis of luxury overlooking the Covent Garden Piazza.
With our key role in the design development stage we used the knowledge of our supply chain to find innovative materials and accessories to meet the high end aesthetic and performance requirements of the specification.
