Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced PPM Coordinator/Planner to join our team based in London.

As PPM Coordinator/Planner you will be responsible for coordination and management of all planned preventative maintenance tasks, including both in-house and supply chain works. This includes organisation and prioritisation of work schedules, administration and updates to the CAFM system (Job Logic), and working with the subcontractors, site teams and management team to ensure works are scheduled, completed and updated in line with the business requirements.

Knowledge

  5. Knowledge of the EWC employee’s handbook, EWC policies, and processes, and EWC ISO system of works.
Skills
  1. Good Telephone manner
  2. IT includes spread-sheet software, word and presentation software, programming software, and general software.
  3. Presentation and communication, in particular, able to use the English language for verbal and written communication.
  4. Organised, punctual, and capable of prioritising tasks in a prompt manner to the required high-level standard.
Duties
  1. Implement and comply with EWC policies, and procedures, as generally set down by the ISO system of work, including business management systems, HR, IT, health and safety, environmental, communications and branding.
  2. To identify and deliver required tasks to meet departmental needs.
  3. To participate in maintaining a professional company image through the personal presentation, workplace presentation, call handling, and Client interface.
  4. To interact in a helpful and polite manner when dealing with members of the public, visitors to the premises, and during any personal interactions with staff members.
  5. Call-handling, works allocation, Engineer deployment, job-logging, job pricing, and raising invoices.
  6. Assisting with Office functions including staff meetings, Client Meetings, team-bonding exercises, and other functions which may, on occasion, require off-site attendance.
  7. Maintaining office equipment including replenishing stock items, ordering and taking delivery of stock replenishments, and general housekeeping of the office area.
  8. Provision of inter-departmental cover in case of unplanned leave or excessive work-load.
Meetings
  1. To attend meetings when required either as a participant or for the purpose of taking minutes.
  2. To attend appraisal meetings as required.
  3. To attend company staff meetings.
  4. To attend company H&S meetings.
  5. To attend team as and any other meetings as required
